(1) Return Eligibility (Apparel)

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier, provided the item meets the requirements below.

Eligible items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of odors (perfume/smoke), stains, makeup, pet hair
  • In original packaging when applicable
Fit & sizing note:

Size charts are guidance. We recommend measuring and comparing to the chart before ordering. Returns for "doesn't fit" are accepted for eligible items, but return shipping is usually paid by the customer.

(2) Non-Returnable Items

Hygiene & final-sale restrictions: Unless defective or incorrect item shipped by us, the following are typically non-returnable.
  • Final sale / clearance items marked "Final Sale"or "Non-Returnable"
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, lingerie bottoms, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, socks/hosiery) especially if hygienic seal is broken.
  • Gift cards and store credit.

Local consumer laws may provide mandatory rights that override certain restrictions.

(3) How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@fiapop.com with your order number and the item(s) to return.
  2. Tell us the reason (e.g., size, style, defect) and include photos if defective/damaged or wrong item.
  3. Wait for Return Authorization (RA) + return instructions (address and any customs form details).
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method and keep your tracking number.

Do not send returns without authorization. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

International returns & customs

For international returns, you may need to complete customs forms. Marking the package incorrectly may cause delays or extra fees. Any duties/taxes paid to your local authorities are typically not refundable by us.

(5) Refund Timing and Method

  • Inspection: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned items.
  • Processing time: Typically 5-10 business days after receipt/inspection.
  • Refund method: Original payment method where possible; otherwise store credit may be offered.
  • Non-refundable fees: Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

(6) Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for wrong/missing/damaged items. Include photos of packaging, label, and item(s).
