Destinations

We ship to many countries/regions worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, it means we currently cannot ship there due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, sanctions, or remote-area limitations.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, and local courier schedules may cause delays.

Important Notes (Apparel)

Split shipments: Apparel orders may ship in multiple packages (e.g., different warehouse locations or restock timing). Each package gets its own tracking number.

Hygiene packaging: For some apparel (e.g., underwear/swimwear), we may use sealed packaging. If the seal is broken, returns may be restricted (see Return Policy).

Shipping fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, method, weight/volume, and promotional rules. Remote-area surcharges may apply in some locations.

Customs duties, VAT/GST & import fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and other fees required by local authorities. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these are paid by the recipient.

If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees and is returned or abandoned, any refund may be reduced by shipping/return costs and fees incurred.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change the address. Once shipped, rerouting may be limited or impossible and may incur additional charges.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Delays: If tracking has no movement for an extended time, email us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost: If confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on stock and the investigation.
Damage: Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of packaging, label, and item(s).
